ECOCENTRE ICPPC
The ECOCENTRE ICPPC is a member of an international network „ECOSITE.” It is the only place in Poland where one can see how various ecological technologies work in practice. All the devices here work, producing electricity, heating water and buildings, or treating sewage. If people can see these things working, it is easy for them to understand how they operate.

The house
It was built in 1901 and is made of wood and stone.
The ecological technologies that are used in this house include: solar-thermal collectors – these use solar energy to heat water and provide hot water from spring to autumn (around 6 months). One flat collector (one metre by two metres) heats 80 to 100 litres of water – the amount that can be accumulated in an average boiler.
